Jason's Story

Jason has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade. Physical Activity became Jason’s passion when he was 10 years old, once he started training in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. After many years in the fitness industry, as well was teaching Jiu-Jitsu, Jason has been introduced to, and helped many people achieve their fitness goals.

Jason has competed in various martial art competitions, completing at a high level on a national scale. He is also teaching Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense at various martial art facilities.

Jason loves to give back all the knowledge he has learned and experienced over the years to help others achieve their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, strength training, flexibility, rehabilitation, etc. he is always ready and willing to train with any and all who seek guidance in their Health and Wellness goals.
